BOOSTERS & BIOs and info...

BOOSTERS & BIOs are due MONDAY!!!
1.  Stage crew and Actors please have your BIOs in by Monday, January 12th.  We need time to type up the programs. 
2. We are really moving along now.  It is so important to continue practicing the songs because as we begin to move on the stage we lose the words. 
3.  We are heading into the "snow day" weather.  Every practice is important.
4.  We are stuck to the March 7th and 8th performance date.  Show times to be announced. 
5.  This show is high energy and fast passed.  It is workout! 

FRIDAY PRACTICE

Due to the overwhelming amount of actors who are in the OCS Ski Club we will not have practices on Friday.  We are changing Fridays to Thursdays.  Please change your calendars.
 
REMINDER the BIOs and BOOSTERS are due on January 12th.

We are looking for parents who would like to organize the CAST PARTY.  Let us know if your interested.

 Last year we had a sheet cake, pizza, soda/juice/water and paper goods.  We have the party after the performance on Sunday.  We are just looking for someone to order the food and set up the cafeteria.

NO PRACTICE TODAY OR MONDAY

but stage crew and actors we WILL MEET on Monday January 5th.   Come prepared to run through the musical from beginning to end. 

Tuesday 12/16

We will have practice today, but NOT on Friday, 12/19 or Monday, 12/22.    
Enjoy your holiday, but look over your script for your stage directions and practice your songs!  

Practice

We are now working on moving around the stage.  It is so important to be there.  Please make every effort to attend rehearsals; even after music lessons, student council, etc...
This is a team effort!  Our rehearsal days are dwindling! 

I will be sending home on Friday-  Actor Bio forms and Program Boosters(Shout Outs).  They will be due on January 12th.  Sticking to the bio format just fill in the blanks.  The shout outs can be given to family and friends.  These are added "words of support" to the program. 

Stage Crew will be needed after the Winter Break.  KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BLOG for a meeting in January to discuss your role and to get your Bio and Booster form.  There are very little scene changes and NO curtain closing making  your job organizing and handing out necessary props, working the concession stands on the performance days and handing out programs.

Due to the weather we will NOT have practice today, December 2nd!

Thanksgiving Week

WE WILL have practice on Monday and Tuesday!  Be there because we are starting to move around the stage.

Stage Crew we will let you know when we will begin working with you.  Keep checking our blog and listening to the morning announcements for your start date.   It will NOT be December 1st.
